I’m Krisztina Tiboldi, a real estate professional. I’ve been living in Spain for fourteen years and for the past five, I’ve been helping clients find their new home in this amazing country. I support the entire process from start to finish, whether it’s relocating or buying a property. I speak both Spanish and English and hold an official, accredited real estate license. Over the years, I’ve helped turn countless dreams into reality, whether it was a seaside apartment or a villa with mountain views that caught my clients’ eye. I’m Krisztián Korondy, specializing in property management. For nineteen years, I’ve been making sure everything runs smoothly, whether it’s about rentals or maintenance. Renting out a home in a foreign country can be quite a challenge for property owners, which is why I aim to cover every aspect of the process so my clients never feel held back by the distance between countries. I’m a problem-solver at heart and speak both English and Spanish to keep all administrative matters running efficiently. What the past years have taught me is this: there’s no such thing as an unsolvable problem, you just need the right attitude. And of course, you’ve got to love what you do.

I’m Judit Fekete, the marketing support behind the scenes. For the past 19 years, I’ve been helping businesses on their path to success. Whether it’s strategy, branding, online presence, advertising, or communication, I make sure that Sunnyside Homes and its clients are always seen in the best possible light, and that their message reaches as wide an audience as possible.

My name is Krisztina Szarvas, and I’ve been living in Spain for three years, after spending many wonderful years in Italy.

I speak fluent Spanish and native-level Italian, which greatly helps me in maintaining smooth and effective communication with clients in my daily work.

I have always worked with people, so understanding and fulfilling their needs and wishes is especially important to me. I enjoy organizing, coordinating, and as a true problem-solver, I always find a way to handle any challenge that comes my way.

Through my mediation, many clients have already found their dream home on the sunny Spanish coast, and I also have extensive experience in full property management. I take great care of every guest who stays in our apartments – whether it’s about car rental, airport transfer, or arranging a special local experience!
